My branch of the biles family have lived on the Isle of Wight, England for over 300 years, a Mr Biles was a merchant provisioning Carisbrooke Castle when Charles 1st was imprisoned there in the early 17th century. My Father, David b 1935 was High Sherrif of the County of Isle of Wight 1998/9.
