I have also been doing research on Henry Biles. Henry's parents were Henry Biles (1748-1811) and Eleanor Patterson (1750-1802). I have information from a deceased cousin about Alexander P. and Fleming being sons, but have nothing concrete in the connection. Census records indicate a third son, but I am not sure who that might be. I do find a John Biles, born about 1807, in the 1850 census in Steubenville, Ohio.
You list two possible wives for Henry. I have found indications the Anna Chester was the first wife of Alexander P. Biles. I have found others trees posted on line that indicate Henry's wife was named Jane. The only thing I found was a marriage license in West Virginia for Fleming in the 1870's that list his parents as Henry and Elizabeth. The 1850 Census listing for Fleming lists an older woman living with his family named Elizabeth.
Henry Jr. is the only son out of seven that doesn't have a good record of his children. That is my research area.
