John Biles was indeed a brother to William. The will of Dorothy (Strong) Biles, dated 1692, wife of Alexander, lists son John as living in London. This John Biles died in Dorset, 1706. William Biles (son of Alexander and Dorothy) m. Johanna Hellard and had among others, John, (b. Dorcester, England) who married Mary Lambert in 1707.
There is extensive information available about this family in America. My relation is through Martin Harris Biles, son of James DeNormandie Biles, son of Thomas Kirkbride Biles, son of William Biles, son of Charles Biles, son of William Biles, Jr. son of William and Johanna (Hellard) Biles.
