Yes, the William Biles who emigrated to NJ/PA and died in 1710 was the son of Alexander and Dorothy (Strong) Biles, and he did have a brother John. Our records differ, however.

I have John, the son of Alexander, born 1660 in Dorset, England, and married to Mary Lambert. I have no other information on them, or any indication of their children. However, note that if John were in fact born in 1691 according to your information, his father would have been 71 at the time of his birth--not impossible, but unusual. On the other hand, the 1660 birth would make John Sr. 78 at the time of the birth of his son John Jr in 1743.

I can't help wondering if a generation might be missing. For instance (just a hypothesis), your John b. 1991 might have been the son of John b. 1660 and grandson of Alexander. The dates would at least make more sense that way.
