My maternal gr.grandfather was Andrew Jefferson Biles. He and Charles Washington Biles were definitely sons of Daniel Ross Biles and his wife Jean Conger. According to his tombstone record, Andew Jefferson (A.J.) was b. November 23, 1838 and d. December 27 1890. He is buried in the Lindsey Cemetery in Spalding Co., GA.
I don't have any record of Anderson James Biles as a son of Daniel Ross Biles. Where did you get the information that he was one of Daniel Ross' sons? Do you know when Anderson James Biles was born? I have the complete list of Daniel Ross Biles' children and his name does not appear on it. Perhaps he was a nephew who was raised by Daniel Ross and his wife. I would certainly like to know the facts about this individual.
Apparently Anderson James Biles lived in the Spalding/Pike Co. area of GA as "the Bartow" as it was called, was a Confederate unit made up of men from that area.
