I am looking for information regarding Richard Bilby who was a bonded passenter to America in 1773 from Middlesex, England.
Court records from London show he was charged with theft with 2 other men and given the death sentence. Is this the Richard Bilby who was reprieved for transportation to America in Apr, 1773?
I need official records of his pardon and reprieve for transportation. Thanks
