My great-grandmother was Martha Biggs.
According to the 1920 Dekalb county (TN) census, she was born in Illinois in
1856, to parents from Tennessee. She married James E. Melton in Dekalb county,
TN, in 1883. She died in 1927 in Dekalb
county, TN.

I would appreciate any information on her
parents and circumstances of her birth.
