Josiah Biggs had twin sons, John Albert and James Allen, born 1855 in Texas. Josiah was born in Ohio abt 1825. Since my first posting I have found out that his wife's name was Sarah Ann Rose, and that she was born in Illinois. Josiah's father was born in Virginia, and his mother was born in New York. I'm not sure if he married in Ohio or Texas.
It looks like your Ephraim is not in my Biggs family, unless he had a brother named Josiah.
