David Biggs, b. ca. 1781 in Brunswick County, VA, was youngest son of Joel Biggs and wife Unknown. He married Millie Deatherage, poss in KY before 1810. They moved to New Madrid Co., MO ca. 1820 and ca. 1835 moved to Hancock/Schuyler Co., IL. They were in Hancock Co. in 1850 Census and not in 1860. Poss. died bef 1860. Known sons:
Joel Biggs b. ca. 1810 - KY
William M. Biggs b. ca. 1812 - KY
James R. biggs b. ca. 1820 - MO
Wiley N.(M) Biggs b. ca. 1827 - MO
George Albert Biggs b. ca. 1829 - MO

Joel marr. in MO, others in IL.
