Hello Holli,
Looks like we are distant cousins. I also descend from Thomas Mercer and Katherine Biggs. My descent is from their son Joseph and his wife Amy ? Since you have Hall in your line do you descend from Christopher. I would love to share what we have. Most of my info came through another Mercer Cousin, Helen Hall of Pochantas, AR. Her great grandmother and mine were sisters.

l. John Biggs Jr. married the widow Ellinor Reaven and had issue Jabez and Elinor
2. Thomas Biggs Deposition May 17, 1696/7, aged 48, along with his wife Mary, aged 40,(norfolk Co. Book 8, p. 88) and had issue John Biggs and probably son James of Currituck Co.., NC and possibly William Biggs of Bertie Co. NC There is not a will in Norfolk Co. for Thomas Biggs as there was a fire ca. 1708
3.Ann Biggs Ann m. 1 Richard Batchelor 2 Charles Shaw 3./ James Ffewox. Issue: John, Joseph, Edward, Richard, Alice and Edy Batchelor
4.Johannah Biggs m. 1 Edward Hassold 2. Mathew Caswell. Issue John Hassold,and Martha, Francis, William, Jabez, Jeane and Mathew Caswell
5.Katherine Biggsm. Thomas Mercer
6. Elizabeth Biggs Elizabeth m George Whitby. Issue: George, John, Nathaniel and dau. Ruth possibly others.
7. Jan Biggs m. Walter Sikes. Issue, James, William, Joseph, Costin, John, Thomas, Walter, Jr. Elizabeth, Ruth and Jane Sikes
8.Jabez Biggs Jabez died unmarred. His will as Jabez bigg dated Sept 18, 1691, probated Jan 17 1692/3 by Elizabeth Whitby, (Norfolk Co. Book 5. p. 188) leaves all of his property to his father John Bigg, Sr. Test: Thomas Mercer, George Whitby, John Jennett, Dorothy Bigg
9.Pheobe Biggs appears from the records to have m. Henry Foster who died 1708 Norfolk Co. VA
10Dorothy Biggs m. John Jennett and had issue William, John, Jabez, Elizabeth, Dorothy and Jean Jennett.
This is all I have on the Biggs, I believe most of the information that Helen gathered came from Don Mercer, I probably have correspondence from him somewhere in my hard copy files. (Haven't looked in them for a coons age, so not sure whats there except dust),
