I have a copy of a marriage certificate for James T. Biggs and Sarah J. Crupper from Clark County, Missouri dated October 20, 1870. I believe he is the brother of my ggg-grandfather William Riley Biggs. He married Margaret A. Crupper in Clark County in 1869. On his death certificate, he listed his father as William Biggs of Kentucky.
