Oh, one more thing, you state they were Re-married in 1859. NO. It was a marriage between the SON of Hardy, Hardy L. {listed on 1850 Census with OLDER CHILDREN}, Brother to Andrew Allen, Seaton A., David S., and the OLDER children on that Census. Hardy's age is computed WRONG aslo! Please Look at and you will see it DON'T add up! 1850-29=1821 on 1850 Census. 1860-46=1814! WOW! AGED 17 YEARS in 10 Years! Getting old fast. 1870-55=1815! BINGO. THAT is Hardy's Birth Year. Hardy L., born 1839, marries Elizabeth Smith 1859, goes off to Civil War and dies of "Brain Fever" at DeValls Bluff, AR. on Nov. 2, 1863 in Reg't. Hospital there. Ralph Biggs, I have Documentation.
