According to his WWI draft registration card, Zollie Biggs was born 1 Mar 1893 in Mabelville, Arkansas. Mabelville is, at least currently, in Pulaski County.

1910 census of Otter Township, Saline Co AR, shows Loby and Nova Biggs' brother as "Zella", age 16. Their parents were Robert and Susie [Owens] Biggs.

Robert Biggs is entered as 12 years old in the household of Harvey Biggs, age 43 b TN, in the 1870 census of Hawkins Co TN (Mooresburg Post Office).

In 1880 Robert S. Biggs, age listed as 21, is living with his sister Musadora Godby in Hurricane Twp, Saline Co AR.
