Don't know if it's the same couple, but one Joseph Biggs married "Oliva Haney" in Jennings Co IN on 1-3-1850. I see your Joseph's oldest children were listed as born in Indiana.

I suspect, but can't prove, that Joseph Biggs b 1793 is the father of several children born in Jennings Co, some of whom moved to Iowa and Missouri (Carroll Co).
