Janet,
It's been a long time since your posting of your message, but I have just stumbled onto a title "The Pound and Kester Families" by John Eddy Hunt when I was doing a Google Book Search. On page 333 is a listing for Asenath Siner who married a John Biggs, son of Robert and Susan (Cumpton) Biggs.
I have not been able to verify that this is the same person, but it appears to be.
