I recently discovered where Alexander & Susanah (Nangle)Biggs had there first child, William Biggs

According to records from Homelake Veterans Home in Homelake, Colorado. William Biggs, was born in McKeesport, Allegheny Co., Pennsylvania on Nov. 8, 1832.

Other information about William Biggs was found that indicated he joined the Civil War effort on Sept. 1, 1861. He enlisted as a private in the 30th Illinois Infantrty under O'Harnett's Independent Cavalry in the Town of Carlyle in Clinton Co., Illinois. Later the 30th was incorporated into Stewart's Independent Cavalry Battalion, later known as, Company "D" in the 15th Illinois Cavalry. He was musterewd out at Springfield, Illinois on Aug. 25, 1864.

Based on this information, it is now understood that, Alexander & Susanah Biggs had at least 2 more children in Allegheny Co. PA.
Susan A. Biggs in 1834 and Aaron A. Biggs on Oct. 14, 1836.
