See the web site above. It mentions Arthur and Edgar Biggs of Craig, Colorado, as sons of Ora Biggs (died 1927) and wife Cullie Mae Melugin (died 1988 at the age of 103). Ora and Cullie were married in 1902.

The 1920 Moffat Co CO census says Ora was 46, born in Kansas; his father b Ohio and mother b Virginia (1910 says West Virginia). Cullie listed as b ca 1873 in MO, as were her parents. Edgar b ca 1903 and Arthur b ca 1913.

Ora was single and a farm laborer in Routt Co CO in 1900. He and Cullie were married in 1902 and were listed in the 1910 Routt Co census. Ora's birth year shown as 1876, age 24, birthplace Colorado; parents' b'places unknown.
