Charles W. Biggs' wife, Rachel Ann Simkins, according to a WorldConnect submission, had a sister named Nancy Minerva. Nancy Minerva "Simpkins", b 23 Jan 1873 Fort Scott KS, d Carthage, Jasper Co MO, 24 Sep 1951, married around 1894 William Harvey Biggs, b 27 Feb 1858 Decatur Co, Iowa, d 11 Apr 1925 Jasper Co MO, son of James and Martha (Judd) Biggs. Nancy's parents were William M. "Simpkins" and Lydia S. Roath.

William and Nancy are both buried in Arthur Cemetery, Jasper Co MO.
