Seeking information regarding David Richard Biggs, some records indicate that he was born in Tennessee in 1830 and died in 1858.
He was the father of my great grandmother Nancy Biggs Reid, of Clay County Kentucky. (born 1854) Her mother was Elizabeth Ann Benge.
It is not clear if Biggs and Benge were ever married. It is known that my great grandmother never saw her father.
