James Albert Biggs Perry co. OH to Windsor, Ont., Canada

I'm looking for the ancestors and descendants of James Albert Biggs.

Born: July 9, 1855, Junction City, Perry co., OH
Died: Apr 11, 1929, Essex co, Ont., Canada, buried in Windsor Grove Cemetery.

Married twice: First about 1879 to Sarah Maria Dick (1852-1897) and the second to Sarah E. Both women were called Sallie.

Children: Jesse, Virginia, Charles, Caroline, and George. Probably also a Bertha too.

Moved from OH to Ontario in 1886, moved to Windsor in 1891. Bet 1886 and 1891 lived in Elgin co., Ont.

Fact: father was named Albert and mother's maiden name was Phillips. James Albert Biggs was a plasterer.

Probable: Father's name was George Albert Biggs or Albert George Biggs and he died in 1858. His mother was probably Sarah A. Phillips. And he probably had a sister Mary.

Weird fact: If his mother was Sarah A. Phillips and his sister Mary, in 1880 he is listed in the Perry co., OH census as living with his mother and his married sister. He is listed as married--BUT his wife Sarah is NOWHERE to be found. Nor is his 4 month old son, Jesse. His sister Mary is listed under her married name of Swinehart--but her spouse is nowhere to be found either. Why is he living with his mother and married sister when he's married with a son. And where is his family?

Any help will be appreciated.
