James Biggs b VA in 1776 ,was in Bourbon co. , Ky in 1810-1815, Served in War of 1812, took bounty land in Illinois. Settled in Crawford co., Ill. about 1818 after a short stop in Indiana.Children: Noah b1797,Mahalah Hackett b1799, James b 1800, Rebecca Hill Barlow b 1806,Charles b 1807( to Clark co.),Virgil b 1809 (to Henderson Co.),Sally(Sarah)b1811, Samuel b1813,Solomon b 1815
