George Joseph Biggs was born in Chingford Essex about 1860. It was said by relatives after George Joseph had died that he had travelled to America (no idea where) and had married and had a family. However we know that in 1897 George Joseph was back in England. He was also known to everyone as Joseph, he had married (remarried?) and had a family and was on the 1901 census living in the East End of London. If George Joseph did indeed live in the U.S. it would have been somewhere between 1875 and 1890. Any descendants out there especially in America??? Lydia Wheeler.
