Looking for the name and American origin of J. Biggs who went north (as a UEL) in @ 1790 to New Brunswick. He had a military rank of Colonel in NB. Could (must) have had a rank in the US military as it (Col.) is not British. I have all his children and most dates, many of their children etc.,etc....
