Joseph Willis Biggs was the son of John and Mary Mason Biggs but I don't believe he was married and if so he had no children. In his will he left his estate to his brothers and sister. He died fairly young. Are you confusing him with Willis Biggs, son of Joel Biggs of Brunswick County, VA? John Biggs signed Willis' marriage bond but he was his uncle not his father. Willis married Mary Williams and moved to Tennessee. Can you give me your lineage back to John and Mary Mason Biggs? You may contact me directly at <jgolden1@planttel.net> if you desire.
