I have a copy of a marriage certificate for James T. Biggs and Sarah J. Crupper from Clark County, Missouri dated October 20, 1870.
James appears to be the brother of my ggg-grandfather William Riley Biggs. He married Margaret A. Crupper in Clark County in 1869.
Thus it appears that two brothers married two sisters.
On his death certificate, he listed his father as William Biggs of Kentucky.
My brother, John Biggs, or I can send some more details if you think this could be a match.
