I am just starting out on my search. I am part of 1 of the Biggs' families in South Africa. The family I am most interested in lived in Durban, Natal (1900's ?>). I think the first name was Charles - had 3 children born 1920's - son Godfrey, daughters Beryl and Shirley. Family business Savage & Biggs - butchery in West Street.
This family not to be confused with perhaps better known Biggs family from Eastern Cape area.
Any links from UK Biggs' to South Africa Biggs in about 1880 to 1900 ?
