Bigelow found! Okay, I just got this info from my great-aunt, and it is from info that her mother wrote down for her before she died in 1977.
Joseph Lanphear
Born: 1812 in Lexington, Kentucky
Died: 1869 in Cincinnati, Ohio
He married Jane Bigelow
Born: 1818 in Gent, Kentucky
Died: 1909 in Norwood Park, Illinois
Their son was named William Christy Lanphear
Born: 1851 in Cincinnati, Ohio
Died: 1884 in St. Louis, Missouri
William married Clara Burns
Born: 1853 in St. Louis, Missouri
Died: 1932 in Oak Park, Illinois
William and Clara had the following children
Lillian Pearl b. 4-5-1875 d. 1971 or 1973
Nelle (she is deceased, but I don't know her birth or death dates)
William d. between 1936 and 1940
Archie True b. 2-12-1882 d. 7-18-1947
Archie True Lanphear married Dorothy Leona Bonnell
Dorothy's birth certificate was filed as Dartha Leon Bunnell. She was born 1-21-1900 and died 7-31-77.
Archie and Dorothy are my great-grandparents.
The only source documents I have are Dorothy's birth certificate and Archie and Dorothy's marriage certificate.
If you have further information on Jane Bigelow or her family, please post it or e-mail it to me. I have been stuck on William Christy for years, and my great aunt just remembered that she had that information Dorothy gave her.
