I've come up with a dead end on him. I know he was married to an Elisabeth Krozen and he was the father to Charles Worrell Biddle (My great-great grandfather).

He was born in New Castle, Lawrence, PA around 1823 and was a 'Cooper' or barrel-maker by trade. Any additional information, in particular his parents names would be GREATLY appreciated!
