Does anyone know the Joseph Biddle and wife Isabel who lived in New Castle PA during 1880 census and then Mahoning Twp Lawrence Co PA during 1900 census. In Mahoning Twp they had a young son named Roy. Would love to know 1)who were this Joseph's parents (he was born abt 1850) and 2)what was Isabel's maiden name?
