Samuel Bicknell b. 2 Nov. 1827 in NC, married Josephine H. Jones, b. 19 Nov 1833 in Ohio. Died 8 July 1909 Kelso, Cherokee Nation, Oklahoma Territory (Craig Co., OK)buried at Venita, OK.
Their daughter, Isador, b. 1853, Porter Co., IN married Palmer A. Sumner, resided in Carroll County, MO until their death. Family came from Indiana to Missouri and then on to Oklahoma....Palmer said Isadora was part Indian. ''''Sharon Sumner
