Besides the book you mention there is also a book written by
Bicknell, Grace Vawter, 1864.
The Vawter family in America, with the allied families of Branham, Wise, Stribling,
Crawford, Lewis, Glover, Moncrief. Indianapolis, The Hollenbeck Press, 1905.
I don't know if she included Bicknell in it. I wouldn't doubt it.
