maybe this is of some help. Mygreat great grandfather immigrated from london (england)??? according to some documents I have.however they are authentic but England is guestionable.On this same document it lists children that were born of WILLIAM BICKHAM ONE OF WHICH WAS A SON named MARK. WILLIAM WAS born in LONDON ON AUG. 8, 1821. Mark died at a very early age.Currently we are the last family of Bickham's here in Nfld.hope this is of some use to you.J0hn Bickham.
