Hi Bob (& Karen too)

Sorry for the delay, I attempted to e-mail more details to you but the e-mail was returned. Anyway, the remaining details from the 1851 Census of Westmorland County, N.B. are as follows. Note that only 3 Bigerston (or Bickerton) families were listed in Westmorland County in 1851.

(a) The family of John (age 37) and Mary (age 40) included Joseph (6), John W. (7 months), Sarah (11), Eliza (9), Arethusa (7), Mary J. (4) and Hannah (2)

(b) The family of Thomas (57) and Hannah (58), the original Bickerton immigrants from Yorkshire, included Thomas (26), Robert (21) and George (18) (my Great-Great Grandfather)

(c) Hanah Bigerston (45) is identified as a spinster in the census but the following are listed as her children: Alexander (6), George (2), and Anne (3 months). I am uncertain of the relationship of Hanah to the other Bickerton families.

Please contact me for more details.

Greg
