Hi Bob

I have come across a Sarah "Bigerston" (a misspelling of Bickerton) in the 1851 Census of Westmorland County, N.B.. Sarah (age 11) is listed as a daughter of John (age 37) and Mary (age 40). Six other children are also listed. The census may be obatined from the National Archives on interlibrary loan (microfilm C996,C997 and C998). Although, John Bickerton is not a direct ancestor of mine, I believe he is the son of my great-great-great grandfather Thomas. I hope this helps.
