Elizabeth's parents were WILLIAM S. BICKERSTAFF who died in SMITH CO, Texas abt. 1870 and Nancy Thompson who was born in TN and died in TX. It looks like Elizabeth & Stockton were married in Smith Co., TX. Her father did receive a land grant in Monroe Co, MS 1841 but was in TX by census of 1850.
