Thanks, Don.

I started this search less than a fortnight ago and it is proving remarkable how much information can be found by a few simple enquiries. As I said earlier, most of the family papers were lost in the bombing of London so we did not know much about that branch of the family that emigrated to the USA. As I find more, I will post it here for you.
