Since it is believed that several Bice brothers went to Ala. before 1850. Tell me
which one or ones is the father of the following Bices. My Clements married 4 different Bices.
Newton Denford Clements, b. 3 April 1839
married first Elizabeth Bice 10 Nov. 1859 in Tallapoosa Co., Ala. He married secondly her
sister Lacey Bice (no children by Lacey). Newton died in Van Zandt Co., Tex. in 1922.
Noah Watson Clements, (brother to Newton)
b. 29 May 1841 married Ritensa Bice 23 Jan.
1867 in Tallapoosa Co., Ala. Noah died in
1887 in Coosa Co., Ala.
Sarah Elles Clements (sister of above), b. 10 June 1847 married Isaac Bice 24 Aug. 1865
in Tallapoosa Co., Al. Sarah died before 1880 and left three children. Isaac Bice
remarried before 1880 in Coosa Co., Al.
