Hi Lana,
Unfortunately, the Bice group I am looking for came directly out of England in about 1875 and seem to have remained in Whatcom Co. from that point on. I don't know anything about them before they came to the U.S. Thomas Henry Bice is the furthest back I have having been born in 1840 in Cornwall.
