Hello family!
Michael C. Boyce of New York and myself are currently putting together an exciting DNA research project that for the first time will scientifically profile our Buys family ancestry. We are searching for confirmed living male descendants of the Buys immigrant ancestors that came to America in the 1600’s and whos descendants migrated northward into upstate New York into Dutches, Ulster, Columbia, Renssealer, and Albany Counties. The project testing will be conducted through the following web site: http://www.familytreedna.com/index.html. The cost associated with this testing is between $111 to $211 per individual depending upon the level of testing that we would like to see done. The later amount of $211 would allow us to get a test to identify our Most Common Recent Ancestor (MCRA).
