Thank you for your information regarding Valentine & Luvicie Patterson Bice. Luvicie is my gggrandmother, she had my ggrandfather Israel Alonzo Condry out of wedlock and then shortly thereafter married Valentine Bice, so I was naturally curious to find out if Luvicie and Valentine had any children.
The Elizabeth Hanna Riddle dau. of John Woodford Hanna married James Bice after the death of my gggrandfather Terry Riddle. Both James and Valentine bought property from the estate of Terry Riddle and also from the estate of my ggggrandfather James Riddle. These families all originated in Rhea/Hamilton County TN and then are all living in the same general area in AL in later years. Terry Riddle died 1845, Elizabeth married James Bice shortly afterwards and then contested the Will of Terry Riddle.
