I think I may have some good stuff for you. In a "BIOGRAPHICAL REVIEW" VOLUME XXXIII,CONTAINING LIFE SKETCHES OF LEADING CITIZENS OF GREEN, SCHOHARIE AND SCHENECTADY COUNTIES OF NEW YORK. Boston biographical review Publishing Company 1899 on page 306 there is an interesting article about Marshal D. Bice, brother of Jeremiah and Levi, sons of Joshua and Jemima Beagle(also listed as Beadle).
I have a copy of the article if you are intrested. My Dad sent it too me a while back. We also have census records that tie the Bice and Van Nosdall families as well as the Van Arsdale families for several generations (at least as neighbors).
Joshua was the sixth son of Aaron (Abram) Bice and Jershua Owens (Owns). He was born 30 Nov 1802 in Dutchess Co, NY.
I have more information on Jemima as well. She was born 16 Apr 1802 married Joshua on 25 Sep 1820 and had at least 12 Children: Jeremiah, Elizebeth Ann, William Henery, Nelson, Martha, Lavina, Jane Ann, Aaron, Levi, Marshall, almira and Asher.
I am afraid I cannot give you any definative information past Aaron though we do have leads that tie him to a brother, Mathew. If we can verify this as fact, we can go back to 1480... that's what makes this whole search fun.
