Lookin' for cousins!
I have a John BICE/BEISE (b probably before 1797) who m 4 Jul 1816 in Carlisle, Cumberland Co, PA in the Evangelical Lutheran Church to Mary/Maria WOLF, dau of George & Leah WOLF, George WOLF dying 1809 in PA. Mary WOLF was b ca 1797. 1830 census of Cumberland Co, PA has John BICE with 3 dau's & 2 sons.
I believe at least 2 of John & Mary WOLF BICE's children were:
Mary BICE who was b 13 Apr 1817 in Carlisle, Cumberland Co, PA; d 29 May 1898 Portland, Ionia Co, MI; she m Joseph H FIRST on 29 Oct
1840 in Carlisle, Cumberland Co, PA. George Washington BICE b Apr 1820 near Carlisle, Cumberland Co, PA & d 10 Feb 1910 in Floyd Co, IA.
George Washington BICE m Leah Isabelle "Bell" CORNMAN 24 Mar 1842 near Carlisle, Cumberland Co, PA. She was b 1822 possibly in Germany
and d in 1887 in Floyd Co, IA. George was a farmer and was German Lutheran.
They had children:
John BICE b 1845 in Carlisle, Cumberland Co, PA, d 1867.
Mary BICE b 1846.
Sarah E BICE b Feb 1848.
William BICE b 21 Oct 1850.
Anna Rebecca BICE b 20 Oct 1855.
Stephen Karl BICE b 22 Mar 1857.
Joseph Henry BICE b 13 Feb 1858 in Oak Harbor, Ottawa Co, OH, d 19 Apr 1945 in Lodi, San Joaquin Co, CA, m Effie Adele TRUSTY on 27 July 1887 in Charles City, Floyd Co, IA.
Franklin Harrison BICE b 2 Feb 1863 in Oak Harbor, Ottowa Co, OH, d 15 Nov 1959 in Bremerton, Kitsap Co, WA, m Lillian
Elizabeth TRUSTY on 27 Jul 1887 in Charles City, Floyd Co, IA. They also lived in MN 1900-1951 and CA during WWII. Franklin also lived in TX & OH.
Edward BICE b Mar 1868.
