Elisha Bice was my great grandfather. He was Born in 1826 in spartanburg South Carolina. He was married twice. His first wife was Elizabeth Ireland. That is the mother of my grandfather Jefferson Bice. I have some information. His father was David Bice of Spartanburg South Carolina. David was born in Spartanburg in or around 1774-5. I have not been able to get a name for Davids first wife. I have more information. I will send some more information if you will reply to this email. Right now I am working in Bosnia, so when I get back on wednesday I will try to send you some information. I have some census records and I have a letter explaining the marriages of Elisha Bice.
