Dorothy, I honestly don't know. I have a Jacob Bibler, SR. (b. 1755) that had a son JACOB, JR that was probably born in Virginia in 1790. However, it looks like the family moved to Fairfield Ohio (Jacob Sr. died there) and Jacob, Jr. married and had his family there. Jacob Jr. named a son, Jacob that was born on August 29, 1824. Since your Joseph was born in June 1824, he probably was NOT the son of Jacob Jr., however there were other sons of Jacob Sr that might be the father of your Joseph. DAVID(married a Betsy, then a Sarah Bricker, then a Dorothy Price)and JOHANNES (married a Barbara Hite). Maybe your Joseph is a son of one of those sons. I don't have ANY information on Jacob's siblings and their families.

Sorry I can't help, but maybe someone else reading this will come to your aid. Doyleen
