Hi Shirley,

Pete Bible was my great grandfather but he was really named Adam B. Bible (sometimes 'BIBLES'). Pete was his nickname. He was a son of Henry B.(born in TN) and Elizabeth Bible/s and you can find him as a 1 year old in 1860 Bosque Co., TX, 1870 McLennan Co., TX, 1880 Bosque Co., TX, 1910 & 1920 Bryan Co, OK and 1930 Burnet Co., TX. Adam was enumerated as "Pete" in 1910, only. My grandfather was William Henry Bible/s (1891-1923).

However, I didn't know, until I read your message, who his grandson Bobby Joe Bible married! Although, I have 3 names of Bobby Joe's sons, no further info.

Ivy B. Bible's wife's name was Willie Lou ASHABRANNER, 13 Apr 1914-16 Jan 1977, both in Burnet Co., TX. Ivy and Willie's first child was a daughter who still lives in Burnet, TX. You have the rest of the sons.

You can write me privately if you want more information or you can go to our database: http://www.genealogyforyou.com/surnames/bible/ancestors/
and enter the name "Bible, Adam B."
