Valentine Cooper, the younger, was born on 24 Feb 1832 and died on 30 Jul 1903 in WV. The younger Valentine, who married Rachel Bible, was the son of Jonas Cooper(1794-1848) and Mary Frances Rohrbaugh(1807-1878). 1.Valentine, b. app 1751 1.1. Jonas b/d 1794-1948 1.1.2.
