Hi Marsha,
That is an error as my grt. grandfather was Eugene Cyrus Bibber. But, he had a son named Eugene Coffin Bibber as his wife's maiden name was Coffin. Rev. Sinnett probably got confused by the Eugene C. Bibber's. He was known to make a few mistakes in his entries.
Thanks for bringing that up however so I could clear that up for anyone else who may be confused by that as well.
