Good grief ! I wish some of you could see the condition of this Bibber genealogy I have....it is beyond hard to read and so messed up. Anyway....the pages are labeled wrong, so I did find the children of Lemuel Bibber & Clarissa Rikker.
Here they are:
Delia Ann Bibber b. Sept. 1, 1839 d. June 29, 1898?(hard to read year)...resided Harpswell, ME m. June 16, 1860 William Merriman b. Harpswell, ME July 2, 1833 and died Sept. 23, 1890 son of Benjamin Merriman & Margaret Curtis.
they had children Alveda Florence Merriman b. 1862 m. Eugene Merriman b. 1858 and they had children Stanley Virdell Merriman b. 1891
and a daughter that was born and died July 24, 1904.
2nd child of Delia Ann Bibber and William Merriman:
William Merriman b. Jan 23, 1869 m. Dec. 25, 1895 to Nina Clark Wilson b. North Harpswell, ME March 17, 1874 daughter of Capt. Edmond Wilson and Harriet Stover.
they had children: Amy Bibber Merriman b. 1896
Alfaretta Merriman b. ???

Hinchman S. Bibber b. Aug. 20, 1842 resides South Harpswell, ME unmarried
David T. Bibber b. Aug. 14, 1846 drowned at Ash Cove, Harpswell, ME Oct. 16, 1864 unmarried.
Archelia Bibber b. Nov. 22, 1849 m. Dec.25, 1869 Eli Merriman Alexander b. at Harpswell, ME May 30, 1847 and spent some years with his family at Black Hook, WA and then returned to Harpswell, ME.
they had children:
Amy Bibber Alexander b. Nov. 15, 1879
died Aug. 16, 1881
Gracie Florence Alexander b. Apr. 21, 1881 resides Harpswell, ME m. Oct. 6, 1899 George Ollie (or Willie) Allen b. Harpswell,ME Sept. 11, 1871.
they had 2 sons (no info given)
Albert Harlon Alexander b. Apr. 11, 1886 was the Mail Carrier at Harpswell, ME (no other info given)

Charles Alva Bibber b. Nov. 19,1877 a fisherman South Harpswell, ME m. Oct. 17, 1901, Affie Vena Morse, born Oct. 19,1883 daughter of William Henry Morse & Mrs. Hannah(Curit) Johnson.
they had children:
Medreth William Bibber b. Dec. 28, 1902 d. 1904.
Kenneth Charles Bibber b. July 13, 1904 deceased.
Madeline Bibber b. ??
Jenevieve Bibber b. ??
William Henry Bibber b. ??
Elroy Bibber b. ??

2nd child of Orlando Bibber & Delia Orr:
Susie M. Bibber b. Feb. 24, 1881 died March 18, 1903 at 22 years old a noble teacher.
Orlando (Ollie) Sylvester Bibber b. Nov.21, 1883 a machinist, then assistant on many Maine coast steamers, also on the General Cobb, running betweeen Key West and Havanna, now Chief Engineer on the steamer Northland running between Boston and Yarmouth, Nova Scotia.
Annie E. Bibber b. Oct. 31, 1887 graduated from Castine, ME Normal School a very efficient teacher in Maine towns.
Bernard M. Bibber b. Dec. 12, 1892 died at 26 years old a genial young man with many friends. Was employed on steamers and in a steam grist mill at Deering, ME.
Winfred Bibber b. May 18, 1894 was employed in the Eaton Hardware Store, Brunswick, ME and served in the U.S. Navy in World War.
(this genealogy was written before W W I I).

This is it, hope this helps someone add to their list of names. Also do not take these dates at the absolute truth Please do your own homework as this is an old copy of a genealogy and very hard to read. It is a great reference however and I have found in my own experiences and checking headstones in cemeteries that the info appears to be fairly accurate. There are some errors but that is to be expected considering he didn't have access to the wealth of information we do today back in the earliest 1900's when this thing was written. Good Luck in your own searches. Happy 2000 !!!
