Something else I just thought about...because we were never able to find our BIBBER's on the "Isle of Jersey" as our family story goes and because PA is abutted to part of the state of New JERSEY, what if somehow down through the years the two "Jersey's" were confused and our James BIBBER actually came from this group of VanBIBBER's who were in PA and MD (which also abuts PA and NJ and DE) and he really came North from that area?
Its been ages since I've done any real research work on our Bibber family because it just seemed to be going nowhere.
Perhaps new developments have been made, but it would be something to find out that our James BIBBER actually linked to this early Peter VanBIBBER family of Germany to MD > PA etc.
Just thought I would add that tid bit.
