Sarah Bibber b. ? married Courtney Babbidge Dec. 2, 1755 according to Sinnett's Bibber genealogy done in 1922. Sarah drowned by falling through the ice while crossing from an Orr's Island store to Harpswell Neck Feb. 16, 1767. Their children were:
Sarah Babbidge b. Dec. 20, 1756
William Babbidge b. May 22, 1758
Stephen Babbidge b. Feb. 3, 1760
Courtney Babbidge b. Oct. 17, 1761
Betsey Babbidge b. Setp. 18, 1763
Susannah Babbidge b. Apr. 2, 1766
